What is it?
Lunch Roulette is an automated process that randomly pairs people within an organization for lunch. We believe this simple process can have profound effects. Through this simple web-based process users are exposed to new friends, and new areas of your organization. We believe this process can break down silos, improve communication, and improve workplace satisfaction.
How does it work?
It actually works two different ways.
This is our original model. It works in three steps. Users pick a day that they are free for lunch. If another user also indicated that they are free for lunch, they will both receive an email pairing them for lunch. We have a working model here. Go ahead and try it out.
Each user signs up once. They are then paired twice every month (or an interval of your choosing) with someone new.
How much does it cost?
We would like Lunch Roulette to be available and accessible to large and small organizations. Companies with millions of dollars in revenue and high school clubs. We have a plan to fit your needs.
